Delivery & Shipping Information

We want to make sure your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you can read all about our shipping costs, delivery times and what we can do together if something goes wrong with the delivery.

Within the Netherlands: Shipping costs are €6.95 per order.

For Belgium: Shipping costs are €9.95 per order.

We work together with PostNL to deliver your package safely and quickly.

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days .

What if you don't pick up your package?

Did the mailman miss you at home? Then the package will be brought to a PostNL collection point . Sometimes it can happen that you cannot pick up a package on time at a PostNL collection point . In that case, it will automatically be returned to us. The costs for this return shipment (€7.95) are then at your own expense. Do you want us to resend your package? If the package has to be resent, these costs (€7.95) are also at the customer's expense.

Lost your package? Don't worry!

It can happen that a package gets lost on the way. That is of course annoying, but we are happy to help you! Contact us as soon as possible , so that we can find a suitable solution together.
